On Tuesday, October 29, Learning 2019 will be heading to Disney's Epcot for an evening of fun and networking. We will be providing all attendees with passes to Epcot - including all Future World attractions like Soarin’ and Spaceship Earth - and access to the World Showcase, home of the annual Food & Wine Festival, where they can purchase treats from around the world. Cap off the evening with Disney’s brand new Fireworks display at 9pm. In addition, there are “Extra Magic Hours” so that the park and select rides will be open late for those who are staying at a Disney Resort.
Transportation from the Coronado Springs Convention Center to Epcot will be provided. Please note that Learning 2019is providing participants’ park admission, but any food purchases are at participants’ own expense. Tickets will be distributed as you board the bus to Epcot.
Family members and guests are welcome to join us! Passes can be purchased for them at a discounted group rate from the hotel front desk concierge.
